April 23, 2024 - The Financial Market Commission (CMF) published on its website today the Regulatory Plan approved by its Board for 2024-2025.
The plan details regulatory projects the Commission will work on in Prudential and Market Conduct matters to perfect current financial market regulations; advance on recommendations made by international organizations; and materialize requirements arising from recent legal amendments.
The Regulation Plan includes, among other issues, regulatory projects to implement the Open Finance System; implementation of the Financial Resiliency Act; perfect the Pillar 2 regulations for banks; a regulation on parametric insurance; and regulations defining conduct standards for banks, insurance companies, and general fund managers in their relationship with customers.
